1. Where are your products manufactured from? 

• All clothing apparel is made by Printful and shipped from Printful. 
• All accessories and stickers are made and shipped from Prinitfy.
• All PNG Downloads are emailed directly to the customer upon checkout.

2. How long will it take to get my orders? 

• Printful products are made to order, and it takes 2-5 business days to create a product and fulfill your order. Shipping time depends on the product availability and delivery destination. 
• Printify products are made to order and will ship out 2-7 business days after an order is submitted.

3. What is your return policy? 

• UV DTF, DTF Transfers, Stickers, Chenille Patches- we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. All sales are final.
• Clothing apparel will be returned to Printful based on their company's return policy which is linked here.
• Accessories (cups, tumblers, watch bands, iPhone cases, candles, stickers, and more are to be returned to Printify based on their company's return policy which is linked here.

4. What is the format for your download products?

• All download products have transparent backgrounds and are in PNG format with 300dpi and RGB. This allows you to resize an image to your liking.
